The Firm mails out recorded ORIGINAL Deeds shortly after they are returned from the local recording offices (Clerks of Court and Probate). After a purchase closing, you will receive your original deed.
Unfortunately, there are those in our society who prey on the lack of understanding most folks have and will offer an official-looking document to provide you a court-certified copy of the same document you receive from us at an exorbitant cost!
